Ina Malibu is a premium jewelry brand focusing on quality, sustainability, and slow living. Our pieces speak to the modern & conscious consumer.
We were tasked to do a website redesign based on their Shopify store to refresh their brand identity with an emphasis on highlighting their sustainable practices and timeless designs. We simplified the checkout process and optimized the menu architecture to make navigation more intuitive for users, resulting in greater user engagement and sales.

Design Strategy
How might we solve the category chaos on the menu?
The brand originally grouped everything under 'Shop', causing user overwhelm and drop-off during the browsing phase. By introducing distinct categories such as 'Necklaces', 'Earrings', 'Bracelets', and an overarching 'Collections' tab, we helped users surface more directly to their desired items. A 'New Arrivals' label was incorporated to draw attention to recent additions, catering to return customers.
